Our founder Zahn Scholtz’ journey started in 2007 selling singular copiers, he soon realized that clients needed more from service providers. The question he asked himself was “why sell a singular office solution and then your client has to have at least 3 other providers to deliver their basic office communication and documentation needs”.

This is when One business Solutions was conceived as Zahn realized that all these services were so close-knit that they could all be done from a single point of contact.

We offer top, tried and tested brands to our customers. We understand that each organization is unique, with their own requirements, and tailor our solutions to meet these needs.

As the preferred supplier to one of the biggest retailers in South Africa, we understand that every customer is a partner whom we want to keep on coming back. Fully satisfied and confident that their unique requirements have been met.

Our Vision

The name One Business Systems derived from our founder’s passion for being the “one point of contact” provider. The owner of several businesses, he has learned over the years that every business has so many facets that having a single partner who offers all requirements under one roof and dealing with a dedicated person is not just very convenient but carries many financial benefits – this has been the success formula for One Business systems over the past 9 years. “We deliver a turn key solution and our clients only make one call and we deliver” We have an absolute passion for customer service.
